Delete your SalonBook account

For the SalonBook app by Alrighttech. Delete in the app, then verify that the account was deleted.

Two kinds of deletion

You are…What gets deletedHow
A cashier or barber (staff login) Your staff profile (name, PIN, email, phone, photo) is removed from the salon and you are signed out. Sales you recorded stay in the salon's books because they belong to the business. In the app: More → Delete account. Immediate.
A salon owner (the account that created the salon) The whole salon: owner login, all staff profiles, customers, sales, shifts, expenses, payroll, IOUs, social connections and inbox messages, and local data on any device after sign-out. In the app: More → Delete account, or email . Deleted within 30 days, confirmed by email.

Delete from the app

  1. Open SalonBook and sign in.
  2. Tap More in the bottom bar (or the side bar on a computer).
  3. Scroll to Others and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your profile is removed and you are signed out on that device.

An owner can also remove any staff member from Team accounts. Owners who need the whole salon removed can email from the registered address with subject “Account deletion”.

Verify deletion status

After you delete in the app, enter the same email here. Play Store reviewers and users can confirm whether the account is active, pending, or deleted.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Subscription payment records (date, amount, reference, plan) are kept for up to 7 years because tax and accounting law requires it. They contain no sales or customer data.
  • Server request logs (IP address, timestamp) are kept for up to 90 days for security and are then deleted.
  • Emails you sent us are kept for up to 12 months to handle follow-ups.
